Size Exchange
Many of our customers order skates in anticipation of the next season, we at VH offer a free size exchange policy. This exchange policy allows for the natural growth spurt of our customers, as well as the odd selection of wrong size. Exchanges are only accepted if the boot has not been heat molded.
Shipping charges for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
Warranty
VH Boots
VH boots are covered under warranty for all manufacturers defects, which will either be fixed or replaced as determined by VH.
Maple Products
Maple products warranty issues are dealt with on an individual basis. As a retailer of Maple VH will discuss customer enquiries regarding Maple products, however final warranty decisions are made by Maple. Please note that due to the nature of the sport, cracked or chipped blades do not fall under normal warranty.
